Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Jobsponsor.uk (the "Service") is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. For support or legal enquiries, contact us at support@jobsponsor.uk.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove purchased credits, shorten an existing paid period or override your statutory rights.

3. What the Service does

Jobsponsor.uk analyses your CV and suggests UK jobs relevant to Skilled Worker visa sponsorship searches. Paid plans also include published recruitment contacts where available and AI-assisted enquiry drafts. The Service provides information and job match suggestions only. We do not:

• •Guarantee employment or visa approval
• •Apply for jobs on your behalf
• •Verify that individual employers are currently sponsoring visas (always verify on the official GOV.UK register)
• •Provide legal or immigration advice

4. AI-generated CV analysis and enquiry drafts — disclaimer

The Service includes AI-powered CV analysis and personalised recruitment enquiry drafts. These outputs are generated automatically and provided for guidance only. Review every draft for accuracy before sending, particularly qualifications, work experience and sponsorship wording.

• •The ATS score and CV feedback are estimates and may not reflect the exact behaviour of any specific employer's recruitment system.
• •The analysis does not constitute professional careers, recruitment, or legal advice.
• •We do not guarantee that following the suggestions will result in a job offer or interview.
• •You should use the results as one of several sources of guidance, not as definitive advice.

4a. Recruitment contacts and messages

Recruitment contacts and enquiry drafts are included with Starter, Value and Pro purchases during their validity period, including when remaining search credits are zero. They are not included in free trials and are unavailable after purchase expiry or access revocation. Contact checks and message drafts do not deduct search credits, but requests are rate-limited.

Email addresses and contact links are shown only where available from published vacancy data; employer websites may also be supplied. We do not guarantee a contact for every vacancy or verify that a published email belongs to a particular recruiter, is current or accepts unsolicited enquiries. Where a contact is unavailable, use the original vacancy. Saved recruitment details require a fresh search after seven days; older saved jobs may not contain this feature.

Jobsponsor does not send recruitment messages on your behalf. You review and edit the draft, then copy it or use your own email app to send it. You are responsible for the information you send and for following the recipient's application instructions. Do not use published contact details for spam, harassment, bulk messaging or unrelated marketing. We do not guarantee replies, interviews, employment or visa sponsorship. External vacancy and employer websites have their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how requested AI drafts are processed.

5. Free trial and tiered access

We offer a rate-limited free CV-analysis preview and an email-activated trial credit. The email-activated trial is limited to one per person and email address. Free access provides a subset of Service features, as described below.

The following conditions apply to the free trial:

• •The free trial is strictly limited to one per email address.
• •Attempting to claim multiple free trials using different email addresses is a breach of these terms and may result in all free credits being revoked.
• •The activation link sent by email is valid for 24 hours. It cannot be reused or extended.
• •A free trial credit does not unlock full job-search results or paid recruitment features; a paid plan is required. A limited preview may be shown after analysis.
• •We reserve the right to withdraw the free trial offer, or to change the features included in it, at any time without notice.

6. Credits and payments

• •Credits are purchased in advance. One completed CV analysis uses one credit and includes access to live job matching during your purchase validity period. You can choose roles and refine those job results without another CV-analysis credit. Failed CV analyses do not use a credit.
• •Starter costs £5.99 as a one-off payment for 4 credits, valid for 90 days from purchase, with no automatic renewal. All earlier one-off purchases, including Value and Pro, retain their remaining balances and original 90-day expiry. Existing purchases never become subscriptions automatically. Signing in or buying a new plan does not shorten, reset or extend an earlier purchase's expiry.
• •New Value is £9.99/month for 15 credits and Pro is £19.99/month for 40 credits. Payment renews automatically each billing month until canceled. Credits are granted only after successful payment and expire at the end of that paid billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. If a renewal payment fails, a new monthly allowance is not granted unless payment succeeds.
• •Active monthly subscribers with two or fewer available paid credits may buy five extra credits for £3.99 as a one-off top-up through their signed-in account. Each top-up has its own 90-day validity, including after subscription renewal or cancellation. It does not change the subscription price, renewal date or monthly allowance, and it does not extend CV Builder subscription access. While top-up credits are available, searches use the credits expiring soonest first.
• •Cancel anytime by signing in to your account, selecting Manage subscription and completing cancellation in the billing portal. Existing purchase sessions can also use Manage billing / cancel subscription in My Credits. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the billing period. If you cannot access billing management, contact support@jobsponsor.uk for help. Cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments; your statutory rights are unaffected.
• •Sign in using a secure email link sent to the email address used at checkout. Once verified, your account shows purchases associated with that email and their remaining credits and expiry dates. Purchases made with different email addresses require verification of the relevant address; we do not automatically merge them. Keep access to your purchase inbox and do not share sign-in links or recovery codes. Existing recovery codes remain available with purchase-email verification. Your balance and access status are stored server-side; browser credit displays do not authorize access.
• •All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

7. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits. To request a refund, email support@jobsponsor.uk with your Stripe payment reference number. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Our voluntary refund policy does not normally cover partially used packs or billing periods. This does not restrict your statutory cancellation, refund or service-quality rights.

Expiry is disclosed before purchase: 90 days for Starter and earlier one-off packs, or the paid billing period for monthly plans. Refund requests, including requests concerning a monthly payment, can be sent to support@jobsponsor.uk. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to circumvent the credit system or access the Service without paying
• •Abuse the free trial system by claiming multiple free trials
• •Upload CVs containing malicious content
• •Scrape, copy, or redistribute the job data or AI-generated results provided by the Service

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are current, accurate, or that the employers listed are actively sponsoring visas. Always verify sponsorship status on the official GOV.UK register.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Jobsponsor.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated CV analysis results.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, without restricting any mandatory consumer rights to bring a claim in another applicable court or rely on protections of the law where you live.
