The free trial gives you SOC code matching, ATS score, UK format check & skills gap report at no cost. Live sponsored job listings are only available with a paid plan (from £1.99, one-off). Credits are valid for 90 days. We offer refunds within 14 days if you haven't used any paid credits. The AI CV analysis is helpful guidance only — it's not professional careers advice and we can't guarantee job offers. Always verify employer sponsorship status on GOV.UK before applying. You must be 18+ to use this service.

1. Who we are

Jobsponsor.uk (the "Service") is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. For support or legal enquiries, contact us at support@jobsponsor.uk.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. What the Service does

Jobsponsor.uk analyses your CV and matches it to UK jobs that offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. The Service provides information and job match suggestions only. We do not:

  • •Guarantee employment or visa approval
  • •Apply for jobs on your behalf
  • •Verify that individual employers are currently sponsoring visas (always verify on the official GOV.UK register)
  • •Provide legal or immigration advice

4. AI-generated CV analysis — disclaimer

The Service includes an AI-powered CV analysis feature that provides an ATS score, UK format check, and skills gap report. This analysis is generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model and is provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

  • •The ATS score and CV feedback are estimates and may not reflect the exact behaviour of any specific employer's recruitment system.
  • •The analysis does not constitute professional careers, recruitment, or legal advice.
  • •We do not guarantee that following the suggestions will result in a job offer or interview.
  • •You should use the results as one of several sources of guidance, not as definitive advice.

5. Free trial and tiered access

We offer one free CV analysis per person. The free trial provides access to a subset of Service features, as described below.

Free trial includes: SOC code matching with Skilled Worker visa going rates, ATS score, UK CV format check, and skills gap report. Live sponsored job listings are not included in the free trial — you will see the total number of jobs matched to your profile but access to individual listings, apply links, company details, and salary data requires a paid plan.

The following conditions apply to the free trial:

  • •The free trial is strictly limited to one per email address.
  • •Attempting to claim multiple free trials using different email addresses is a breach of these terms and may result in all free credits being revoked.
  • •The activation link sent by email is valid for 24 hours. It cannot be reused or extended.
  • •Free trial credits cannot be used to unlock live job listings; a paid plan is required for that feature.
  • •We reserve the right to withdraw the free trial offer, or to change the features included in it, at any time without notice.

6. Credits and payments

  • •Credits are purchased in advance and deducted each time you run a CV analysis.
  • •Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. This expiry period is clearly communicated at the point of sale and in your purchase confirmation email.
  • •Unused credits expire after 90 days and cannot be transferred, extended, or carried over. No refund is issued for credits that expire unused after the 14-day refund window.
  • •Credits are stored in your browser (localStorage). A recovery code is automatically emailed to you immediately after purchase — keep this email safe.
  • •All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

7. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits. To request a refund, email support@jobsponsor.uk with your Stripe payment reference number. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Partial refunds (for partially used credit packs) are not offered. If you have used one or more credits, no refund will be issued for that pack.

Credits that have expired after the 90-day validity period are not eligible for a refund, as the validity period is clearly disclosed before purchase.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • •Attempt to circumvent the credit system or access the Service without paying
  • •Abuse the free trial system by claiming multiple free trials
  • •Upload CVs containing malicious content
  • •Scrape, copy, or redistribute the job data or AI-generated results provided by the Service

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are current, accurate, or that the employers listed are actively sponsoring visas. Always verify sponsorship status on the official GOV.UK register.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Jobsponsor.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated CV analysis results.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
