💳 I paid but my credits didn't appear
Try refreshing the page — sometimes the success page takes a moment to load. If credits still don't appear, use the form below with your payment email and we'll add them manually within a few hours.
📄 My CV won't upload or analyse
Make sure your CV is a PDF or Word (.docx) file under 5MB. If your PDF is a scanned image (not real text), it can't be read — try saving a Word version instead.
🔗 A job link showed "Access Denied"
Some job boards block direct links. Try clicking the Indeed or LinkedIn buttons instead — they open a pre-filtered search for that job title with sponsorship.
🔍 No jobs were found for my profile
This can happen if your role is very specialised or if JSearch has no listings that week. Try widening the date range to 30 days or changing the location filter. The direct search links (Indeed, LinkedIn, Reed) at the bottom of the results will always work.
